Beyond the classroom
- In the past, I have co-authored with graduate students and served as a faculty advisor and committee member for undergraduate honors research projects.
- I completed the Diversity and Inclusion workshop series through the University of Maryland's Teaching and Learning Transformation Center (TLTC) and the UndocuTerp Training Program.
- I was honored to receive a Graduate Faculty Mentor of the Year Award from the UMD Graduate School in 2023.
